TMZ reports that Spears father and brother have been placed in charge of her financial affairs which has her wroth estimated to be 40 million dollars. TMZ also says that Britney has been given a debit card of $1500 a week while under conservatorship.

Perez reports that on Friday night Nicole Richie went out looking fabulous in support of beau Joel Madden’s clothing line. While Perz did comment that Nicole did not like her boobies so large he did say she looked great!

TMZ reports that Nice Richie came out in support of her boyfriend Joel and has given up the rail thin look for something a “bit more human.”
