Michael Jackson’s Death May Lead to Manslaughter Trial for Doctor
Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray, has not been officially charged with manslaughter yet but many signs are pointing that way. In addition, there may be a wrongful death civil trial looming in the background.
The media is sure to have a field day with this trial or trials considering the amount of interest surrounding Michael Jackson and the circumstances that led to his passing.
It was heartbreaking watching his kids during the Grammy Awards the other day and I think the District Attorney will be eager to seek justice on their behalf.
Personally I hope whomever is responsible is brought to justice and recommend the Jackson family consult our pal Attorney Larry H. Parker for the wrongful death civil trial. Read more

Travesty Affects Indian Movie Star Shah Rukh Khan

The Brad Pitt of Bollywood was shown very little respect last week when he was detained at Newark Airport for 2 hours on suspect of being a terrorist. Actor Shah Rukh Khan who was in town to attend an Indian cultural show in Chicago and promote his upcoming film My Name is Khan was diverted by airport security upon his arrival and held for questioning on the premise that his luggage was missing. This is very unfortunate considering that in every other country, other than America, Mr. Khan is one of the biggest Movie stars in the world. He has had more hit movies than Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and Leonardo Di Caprio combined. America should be ashamed about their hypocrisy and lack of intelligenc on this matter. I thought we lived in the land of freedom where we no longer racially profiled? Had airport security simply googled the superstars name millions of hits would have registered to inform them of who he was. In protest many Bollywood Actors have stated that they will no longer come to America until Mr. Kahn is issued an apology. We should not assume that because someone has a muslim last name they are a terrorist! Is this what America has come to?

Judgment Day for Mr. Lady Beater Chris Brown

Chris Brown was finally sentenced for his brutal attack on singer Rihanna. According to documents obtained by TMZ this was not the first time Chris had been violent toward Rihanna. Also, his attack on her the night in question was allegedly even more brutal then we first read. As two young role models for teens tehse two need to get it together! Chris should be an advocate for children who grow up in abused homes, and Rihanna should make it her mission to help support battered woman.Show the youth of America that abuse is not only wrong, but should be addressed right away!!!

Jackson’s Death Ruled A Homicide… As Many Expected
It was no big surprise that Michael Jackson‘s death was finally ruled as a homicide and the details that have been emerging over the past few weeks gave away the surprise. Between the array of serious drugs and the actions of his personal doctor he was pretty much doomed. I hope the trial is not televised because the media blanket smothers real news that we may actually need to know about.
Well at the very least my lawyer friends will be watching. If the Jackson family wants to sue any of the drug companies, my friend Doug Monsour is up for the battle. If the family wants to go after his personal physician, Larry H Parker in LA is willing and more than able.

Perez Hilton Tells All on Stern Show Today
Perez Hilton gave a great interview this morning on the Howard Stern Show discussing everything from his own sex life to the assault by a member of the Black Eyed Peas entourage. Hilton, who has been on the Stern show before, also talked about the recent Mc Steamy sex tape, his interview with TheAdvocate Mag, trashing celebrity children and much more. He never ceases to amaze, and kudos to Stern for pulling out another great interview. The hilarious Charlie Murphy was also on the Stern show today and was also a hit. So anyone who does not have a sattelite radio subscription yet, you are missing out!

Jim Breuer‘s story about Lars from Metallica yesterday was wild. It portrayed Jim as the cool-headed one trying to keep Lars from doing crazy stuff. Even Jim’s impression of Lars was crazy funny and I could easily imagine Lars climbing over cars at a traffic light in NYC at 2 am in the morning, lol
