Reports claim that not Only is Nicole Richie pregnant with her and Joel Madden‘s Second child, but that the proud mama is expecting twins! I hope that little frame can carry them. While it remains to be seen if this rumor is true, this blogger wants to know where and when the wedding will take place! Joel, don’t you think she deserves it!!!
